Important information

1. CHILDREN. Although we do not feel that the house is suitable for children under age 10, we accept children who must be supervised throughout the stay.
2. HEIGHT RESTRICTION. The shower in Valletta G-House is 1.8m (5’9”) in height and The bathroom (4.5m x 0.9m) is not at the same level of the bedroom (please see plan below).
3. CHECK IN TIME IS AFTER 15:00. CHECK OUT TIME IS BY 10:00am. Should you wish to check in earlier or check out later, we will try to accommodate your request for free but this is subject to availability.
4. HEATING AND COOLING The bedroom is fully airconditioned and we provide fans and heaters for the kitchen.
5. STAIRS. The property is on three levels linked by the original stone staircases. Although of adequate width, some steps can be irregular and care should be taken when using.
6. HUMIDITY. Old Maltese buildings can be humid particularly in winter due to the porous nature of Maltese stone. Although extractors have been fitted in the lower floor of the house, airing of rooms is necessary through opening windows regularly during the day.
7. WATER AND ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION are included in the price.
8. PAYMENT TRANSPERANCY. Our secure online system will inform you of the full cost of your stay before it asks you to make payment. You may stop at any time before the payment stage without committing to the booking. All transactions/bookings carried out on this website are concluded in English. 50% of payment is paid as booking deposit. Rest of payment is to be made a month before the start of your holiday.
9. CANCELLATION POLICY. It is important that you take a travel insurance that covers you in the case that you need to cancel your booking. Both the booking deposit and the payment for your stay are non-refundable in the case that you cancel your booking.

11. SELF-CATERING The Valletta G-House is a self catering house for two – we do not provide meals or meal plans. We do provide bottled mineral water, and tea and coffee ingredients.
12. EXTRA BEDS – The Valletta G-House is ideal for two guests.  It is that kind of house. But if you insist we will provide a pull out single bed and mattress at no extra charge.
13. NO SMOKING – smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house
14. DISCLAIMER  – CONSTRUCTION
In view of the fact that Malta’s property development sector is currently on a high, particularly in the most popular areas, it is possible that construction works will take place in the vicinity of your booked apartment. Whilst every effort is done by the competent authorities to minimise the inconvenience, any nuisance as a consequence of such works is beyond the control of The Valletta G-House.  In this respect, The Valletta G-House cannot be held responsible and is therefore indemnified from any claims for compensation as a direct or indirect consequence of construction works which might take place.
